It is very common to have multiple coworkers or hired publicists interact with your Haulix account. Rather than sharing your master account, created extra accounts for the people you work with. You set permissions on each person only allowing them access to the parts they work with.To create an Administrator Account:1. Sign in to Haulix2. Click on the Tools menu ---> My Account3. Click the green plus sign to add a new account
4. In the next dialog window, enter your new user's information and check the box if you want them to get an email notification about their new account
5. Click "Save" and then set permissions for the user in the following dialog window
6. Once finished, click "Save"**NOTE: If you assign an account to one or more groups of contacts, when they sign in, they will only see those contacts. All other contacts will be hidden.**

Bandwidth1. What is it?Bandwidth is the measurement of traffic used up by your contacts by streaming and downloading your promos.2. How is it measured?If 1 contact downloads an 80 megabyte promo, then that counts as 80 megabytes of bandwidth being used.If 1 contact streams an entire 80 megabyte promo, then that counts as 1/4 or 20 megabytes of bandwidth being used.3. What happens if I go over my limit in a month?If you go over, we won't shut off your account. We will charge $5 per every 1 gigabyte you go over.
Are you going to have a slow month with no promotions? Save money and temporarily shutdown your account. For this, Haulix offers an Account Hibernation feature. After putting your account into hibernation, your promos will not be accessible by your contacts nor will you be able to edit your promos. You will however, have continued access to Reports and the Watermark Test tool. We will continue to backup your files and data and you only pay $5 USD per month. After you un-hibernate your account, your regular plan fee goes back into effect.
