In an effort to make the Haulix promotion system as secure and fast as possible, we utilize the latest web technology.

Haulix is all online and usable via a web browser.

Download managers are not supported and must be disabled before consuming a promo.

There are multiple ways to enter media contacts into your account. You can import large batches, enter individual contacts one at a time or generate a registration web page.

To generate a registration page:

1. Sign in to Haulix
2. Click the Contacts tab
3. Click the Registration Form button

4. Read through the instructions carefully and check the checkbox to turn this feature on
5. In the vanilla colored boxes, you will see links that Haulix has generated. The top link's registration form will put new contacts into your general list. You can also generate a link on the bottom of the page that will inject new contacts into a specific group(s).
6. Simply copy/paste the link in an email and send to prospective contacts
7. When you are finished using your registration form, come back to this page and check the checkbox to turn the feature off

If you need to reset the download count for a contact on a per promo basis, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Haulix
2. Click the Contacts tab
3. Drill down into the contact's details - expand the respective promo
4. Click the "Reset" link in the Downloads Left row

To export your media contact list:

1. Sign in to Haulix
2. From your dashboard, click on the Tools menu ----> Run Reports
3. On the report screen, click on Media Contacts
4. Run a report that returns your desired contact list
5. In the upper right corner, select .CSV or Word as the format and click the Generate Report button

6. Save the generated file to your computer

**Note - the outputted .CSV file format can get imported in Haulix without any formatting changes**
