How do I reset a contact’s downloads and streams for a promo?

1. From your DASHBOARD, click CONTACTS

2. Find the contact whose access link you wish to retrieve and check the box next to their name in the center column of the screen.

3. On the right side of the page, find the promo you need to reset for and click Show Details.

4. Click Reset Download/Stream Count
