Here's how...

Hover over Releases and click on My Releases

Select your promo in the left column

Click on the Design buttonOnce inside of the template designer, either create a new template or select one you already created.

Expand the Track List section in the left column and click on the Top Placement option. Make sure you click Save Template or the Save button when you exit the designer.
