To update your credit card details, be sure to login with the primary account.

Hover over your username and click on Subscription Plan.
**If you don't see this menu item, then you aren't logged with the primary user account.**


Click on Credit Card Setup



Complete the form and click Save.
**If you have a past due payment, we'll get notified and perform the charge after you update your card info.**
