Monthly Payments

• Month to Month: Payments are made for the following month's services.

Annual Payments

• Annual Subscription: Covers the following 12 months of services.

Additional Charges

• Storage Overages: Charged for the previous month's usage.

• Extra User Accounts: Billed on your billing day for the current account usage.

• Annual Subscription Overages: Charged on a monthly basis.

Upgrades and Downgrades

• Mid-Billing Period Changes: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan midway through your billing period, you will receive a prorated charge or credit accordingly.

Hibernation Mode

• Reduced Cost: When hibernating your account, your month-to-month cost decreases to $5/month.

• No Overage Charges: There are no overage charges during hibernation.
