Whether you want to create multiple versions of a promo— eg. one for downloading and one for streaming-only—or you need to promote your latest release in another language, our duplication process will simplify your workflow without using any additional storage.

**Note: Promo duplication is not included in the Rising Star and Honey Badger Plans.**

To duplicate a release:

1. Hover over Releases and click on My Releases

2. Select the promo you want to duplicate on the left side of the page

3. Click to expand More Options and select Duplicate

Before copying a promo, remember:

• Same Music Files: Copies share the same music files, so they save space

• Locked Original: You can't change the cover art, artist info, track titles, or track order of the original promo.

• Editable Fields: You can change descriptions, videos, band photos, PDF attachments, and live/expiration dates for each copy. You can also hide tracks one by one.

Note: Track ID3 metadata cannot be changed after making duplicates.

When you're ready to proceed, click Duplicate

Your new promo will appear in the left column. You can then edit and customize it right away.
