Haulix uses a high-powered third-party email service for sending out millions of promo emails each month. On 7/28 late in the morning, we were notified that the third-party service was having technical issues. These issues effected outgoing email and 2-factor authentication.

Haulix then disabled the ability for customers to create **new** email campaigns and stopped the email sending process.  All previously scheduled emails were saved and would eventually get sent out once the third-party outage was fixed - no emails were lost.

Even though this issue was out of our hands, it still represents "us" and our services that we offer and we sincerely apologize for the downtime.
