1. From your Dashboard, click the My Contacts tab at the top of the page. 

2. Find the contact whose access link you wish to retrieve and check the box next to their name in the center column of the screen.

3. On the right side of the page, find the promo you need to reset and click Show Consumption.

4. Click Reset download count.

Users can also reset a contact's streams and downloads through the Email Summary screens.
