How do I personalize emails so that they automatically greet using the contact's name?

Placeholders are unique tags you can insert in your email invitations that autofill with specific contact information when you distribute your promos.

There are two ways to add placeholders to your promo invitations.

Option 1:

Click the FN (First Name) or PL (Promo Link) shortcut on the text editor toolbar.

Option 2: 

Add the placeholders to the text by inserting them yourself.

When you send this invitation, HAULIX will automatically inject the contact's first name and unique promo link in place of the placeholder(s).
