There are a lot of proper and improper things you can do that effect how spam blockers view your emails. We explain some of them in this list:

USING A FREE EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE REPLY-TO

It's important that the From email address matches our domain, "haulix.com" -- we take care of that for you automatically.

Spam filters view a free email address (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) in the Reply-To field as suspicious. It doesn't have to match "haulix.com," but rather just use a legitimate domain that you own.

USING AN EMAIL ADDRESS AS THE FROM NAME

Spam filters deduct points when an email address is used in the Name field next to an email address.

From: janice@blastpr.com <your-company@haulix.com>
From: Janice - Blast PR <your-company@haulix.com>

Reply-To: janice@blastpr.com <janice@blastpr.com>

INCLUDING TOO MANY LINKS

Including numerous links in your email can trigger spam filters. Rather than listing multiple social links, you can add them as buttons within your promo. This approach minimizes the number of links in your email, reducing the likelihood of it being marked as spam.

BUYING EMAIL LISTS
Buying email lists can inadvertently lead to spam-related issues. Some companies create dedicated spam email addresses, which they then add to purchased contact lists. If you buy a list containing these addresses and send emails to them, you risk being blacklisted. Always send to trusted contacts or lists that you know are verified, such as HAULIX+ lists, to prevent such complications.
