On August 27, one of our team members accidentally deleted part of our file storage system. While most files were backed up and restored quickly, a few template banners, background images, and audio files were lost.

What We've Done
To prevent this from happening again:

We added a more advanced safety feature that lets us recover deleted files.

We improved our backup system to protect files more reliably.
- All promos have a short message up top that instruct a person having audio issues to email us directly, and we'll re-encode the tracks and then follow up with them.
If You’re Contacts are Having Trouble Streaming or Downloading
In most cases, if one of your contacts can’t stream or download a promo, and you have a watermarking-enabled plan, here’s a quick fix:

Go to your My Releases screen

Select the promo

Scroll down to the Tracks section

Click Reprocess ID3/Watermark Setup
This refreshes the files and usually solves the issue right away. You only have to do this once and you don't have to resend invitations.
