To cancel, login with the primary user of the account.

Hover over your username and click Subscription Plan.



Click on Manage Your Subscription



To cancel your account, simply scroll down and click on the Cancel Account button. You will then be presented with the choice to either hibernate your account temporarily or proceed with confirming your cancellation.
